Overview
- BNW Developments and Radisson Hotel Group introduced the Radisson Blu Hotel and Radisson Blu Residences for RAK Central on 17 February 2026 at a public launch that drew more than 8,000 attendees with performances by Blue, Armaan Malik and Amaal Mallik.
- The hotel is planned with 361 keys above retail and cinema space, featuring five dining venues, a rooftop terrace and pool bar, meeting facilities, a spa and gym, a Business Class lounge, and a kids' club.
- The adjacent Radisson Blu Residences will comprise 222 branded homes with hotel-delivered services, offering operational and food-and-beverage synergies across the development.
- RAK Central is being positioned as Ras Al Khaimah’s emerging commercial and lifestyle core that blends offices, residences, hospitality and leisure within one mixed-use district.
- BNW frames the collaboration as part of a portfolio of more than ten strategic projects in the emirate, while construction timelines, pricing and opening dates were not disclosed.
