- BMW of North America is giving BMW and Mini electric drivers in the U.S. 20% off IONNA fast-charging sessions through September 30, 2026.
- The discount applies automatically when a session starts via Plug & Charge or the My BMW app with billing set up, and it does not apply to card payments made at the charger.
- IONNA sites offer both NACS and CCS plugs and deploy up to 400 kW DC fast chargers, which can cut stop times for current and upcoming BMW models.
- The network has grown to roughly 1,000 individual bays across about 100 stations, with about 4,700 more contracted and roughly 1,500 already under construction.
- New IONNA locations launch with first-week pricing of $0.20 per kWh and the venture targets at least 30,000 high-power bays by decade’s end, which could lower trip costs and widen coverage for owners.
