BMW Launches X6 M60i xDrive in India at Rs 1.78 Crore

The imported, fully loaded V8 flagship aims to attract affluent buyers through bespoke customization with an assured buyback finance plan.

Overview

  • BMW India publicly launched the X6 M60i xDrive as a completely built‑up unit in a single, fully loaded variant, with pricing announced at about Rs 1.77–1.78 crore ex‑showroom on June 26.
  • The X6 is powered by a 4.4‑litre twin‑turbo V8 paired with a 48V mild‑hybrid system that BMW lists at roughly 530 bhp and 750 Nm, with a claimed 0–100 km/h time of 4.3 seconds and an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h.
  • The cabin and tech package centers on BMW’s Curved Display running Operating System 8.5, a 16‑speaker Harman Kardon system, head‑up display, connected services and Parking Assistant Professional with a 360‑degree camera and Reversing Assistant.
  • M‑specific hardware includes Adaptive M suspension, Integral Active Steering (rear‑wheel steering), a rear‑biased xDrive system, M Sport differential and M Sport brakes, and buyers can choose from six standard exterior colours plus BMW Individual paint and Merino leather options.
  • BMW India Financial Services is offering a SMART Finance programme that includes an assured buyback of up to 60% after three years or 10,000 km, a move designed to ease ownership of this high‑value CBU model and position it against rivals such as the Audi SQ8, Porsche Cayenne Coupe GTS and MercedesAMG GLE Coupe.
