- BMW has completed and unveiled the one-off M3 Touring 24H and entered it in the invitational SPX class for this year’s Nürburgring 24 Hours.
- The car will debut at this weekend’s NLS2 and then contest the Nürburgring 24 Qualifiers next month as part of its build-up to the May race.
- Factory drivers Jens Klingmann, Ugo de Wilde, Connor De Phillippi and Neil Verhagen have been named to the four-seat lineup.
- Schubert Motorsport will run the entry on Yokohama tires, aligning the program with the team’s existing Nordschleife efforts.
- Built in roughly eight months, the M3 Touring 24H shares its technical base with the M4 GT3 EVO but uses the M3 Touring body and is 200 mm longer and 32 mm taller including the rear wing.
