Overview

- The other auction lots are Bandra shops and offices (Rs 51.42 crore), a Dahisar residential plot (Rs 34.81 crore), Parle vacant land (Rs 34.14 crore), Jayant Oil Mills’ Mazgaon unit (Rs 23.20 crore), and a Malad-Kurar AC shed (Rs 9.23 crore), while BMC collections have reached Rs 5,426.81 crore toward a Rs 6,200 crore target.
