BJP Sets March 7–April 15 Window for Nationwide Cadre Training as States Hold Workshops

The program aims to instill a nation-first ethos across cadres through phased, booth-to-national sessions.

Overview

  • Campaign coordinator and MP Vishnu Dutt Sharma confirmed the training drive will run nationwide from March 7 to April 15 with modules for party fronts, departments, public representatives, and media teams.
  • State-level preparations are underway, including a Jaipur workshop where Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma called training a continuous foundation of the party’s ideological strength.
  • The BJP’s Jammu & Kashmir unit held an intensive Prashikshak workshop in Jammu for trainers covering multiple districts, led by Sat Sharma, Sunil Sharma, and Ashok Koul.
  • Sat Sharma urged trainers to build ideological conviction, discipline, and a service-oriented mindset so activists become effective ambassadors of governance and nationalism at the grassroots.
  • Organisers directed that learnings be systematically disseminated down to district, division, and booth levels with measurable follow-up and outreach focused on the last person in society.
