Overview
- The 40-year-old rider from Stoke-on-Trent remains in a critical condition after a collision between a white Mercedes A200 and a black motorcycle near Moorland Road just before 6.25am on Wednesday.

- In an earlier incident on January 26, two cars crashed on the A523 at Calton Moor, where four people were assessed and three men were taken to the Royal Stoke University Hospital with injuries not believed to be serious.
