- Three Ganga-side corridors — Ganga Ambika Path (56 km), Narayani Path (73.51 km) and Viswamitra Path (about 90 km) — will run on a PPP DBFOT toll model, meaning private firms finance, build, operate and recoup costs through tolls under BSRDCL oversight.
- The government set aside Rs 23,165 crore to keep providing 125 free power units per month and approved 208 new degree colleges with 9,152 posts and Rs 104 crore in start-up funds.
- Education upgrades include one model school in every block with Rs 800 crore earmarked for labs, smart classrooms and other facilities, and a high-level bridge over the Falgu river in Gaya was sanctioned at about Rs 113.85 crore.
- The state dropped Sanjay Gandhi’s name from Patna’s zoo and a dairy institute in a visible shift in branding as most big projects now move to DPRs, cost finalisation and selection of private partners.
