- The order takes effect Friday, March 20, and runs through July 6, applying daily from 14:00 to 04:00.
- Carrying items such as knives, pepper spray, pyrotechnics, or striking tools is prohibited at 15 named Berlin stations plus Potsdam Hauptbahnhof.
- Locations include Hauptbahnhof, Alexanderplatz, Zoologischer Garten, Südkreuz, Ostkreuz and other major hubs; U‑Bahn areas are excluded.
- Officers are authorized to conduct suspicionless checks and searches during the designated hours.
- Violations can lead to seizure of items and the imposition of compulsory fines, the Bundespolizeidirektion Berlin said.
