Overview
- The project at Rudolfstraße 18 envisions a tower of about 52 storeys and roughly 167 meters, adding around 1,000 apartments in Friedrichshain.
- According to the Senate Department for Urban Development, at least 30% of the homes would be rent- and occupancy-controlled.
- The proposal includes ground-floor and podium uses such as local shops, services, dining, social and cultural facilities, a daycare, greenery and a public square, plus a townhouse and a neighborhood-focused residential ensemble.
