- KPTCL and BESCOM describe the work as routine quarterly upkeep such as testing and hotspot repairs intended to prevent faults and maintain voltage stability.
- Today’s shutdown follows Tuesday’s emergency maintenance that cut supply across more than 80 areas, with EPIP and several tech and industrial campuses listed for longer 10 am to 5 pm interruptions.
