- Tourism Minister H. K. Patil flagged off three buses at Ravindra Kalakshetra as the service opened to the public on January 21.
- The service runs daily from 10:00 to 17:30 on a circular route that starts and ends at Ravindra Kalakshetra.
- Each bus seats 40 passengers with an air-conditioned lower deck and open-top upper deck, and riders hear audio commentary at landmarks.
- The pilot loop includes Corporation Circle, Hudson Circle, Kasturba Road, Visvesvaraya Museum, Chinnaswamy Stadium, the GPO, the High Court and Vidhana Soudha, and KR Circle.
- A full-day pass costs Rs 180 and can be booked at kstdc.co.in or bought at Ravindra Kalakshetra, with officials planning to extend coverage to 26 spots and using buses sourced from Mysuru.
