Beechwood announced Tuesday that Jay Volker is no longer head coach and Noel Rash has been appointed to lead the Tigers.
After accepting a teaching job in Ohio to be closer to family, Volker and school leaders decided the program would shift to Rash.
Rash will begin June 1, with the two coaches coordinating a handoff to keep summer preparations on track.
The returning coach won 200 games and eight state championships at Beechwood after a 17-year run and coached Conner in 2025.
