Overview
- The game will become playable at a single moment that falls at 5:00 PM Pacific / 8:00 PM Eastern on Monday, August 3, making it available in North America that evening and on August 4 for many other regions.
- Beast of Reincarnation launches on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC (Steam and Microsoft Store) and will be available day one on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass.
- Game Freak confirmed there is no early access window, so pre-orders and higher-priced editions do not grant earlier play and all buyers unlock at the same time.
- Two paid digital editions are offered: a Standard Edition (about $59.99) with a Brown Shiba skin for Koo and 30,000 Amber, and a Digital Deluxe (about $69.99) with extra cosmetics and 100,000 Amber.
- Because the release uses one UTC-based unlock, region-workarounds like the New Zealand trick will not give earlier access and Steam preloads are already active for customers preparing to install the roughly 45GB game.
