B.C. MLA Hon Chan Charged With Assault, Choking and Threats, Removed From Conservative Caucus

Richmond Centre MLA Hon Chan, seen here on Sept. 27, 2024, has been charged with assault, assault by choking and uttering threats, the B.C. Prosecution Service announced Thursday. He has also been removed from the B.C. Conservative Party caucus.
