- Drivers who pay at Tesco filling stations with an eligible Barclays debit card get 5% back from Friday, May 1, through July 31, with savings capped at £10 per month.
- The deal applies to single fuel transactions between £5 and £200 and excludes Esso-branded sites and EV charging.
- Customers must register for cashback in the Barclays app and will usually see credits one to two working days later under “Barclays Fuel CB.”
- Barclays lists most personal current-account debit cards as eligible, including Basic, Bank, Premier, Student Additions/Higher Education and Wealth accounts, for UK residents aged 18 and over.
- The bank is promoting the offer alongside a separate £200 current-account switching incentive that runs until May 28, as coverage notes pump prices have stayed high, with recent RAC data around 157p for petrol and 189p for diesel per litre.
