Overview
- The band announced on Monday that they will play Dec. 31, 2026 and Jan. 1–2, 2027 at the Las Vegas Sphere to extend their Into The Millennium residency.
- Presales are scheduled to begin with the Backstreet Boys Fan Club on Aug. 18 at 10 a.m. PT, an artist presale on Aug. 19 at 10 a.m. PT, and the general public on Aug. 21 at 10 a.m. PT.
- Members say the Dec. 31 performance will start later than usual so the set can roll into the midnight countdown and AJ McLean teased a “special” surprise for New Year’s Eve.
- The residency, which began in July 2025 as the first pop headlining run at the Sphere, is reported by the band’s team to have drawn about 750,000 fans across 47 sold‑out shows, though at least one local report lists a different cumulative show count.
- Secondary markets currently show high asking prices for the New Year’s dates and VIP packages are being offered, while the band continues cross‑promotion for their new single tied to Paw Patrol: The Dino Movie.
