- AZIO announced on August 6 that it has an agreement with Power Champion to cover the purchase of up to 128 NVIDIA HGX B300 GPU systems for deployment at U.S.-based AI infrastructure facilities.
- The company estimated the aggregate hardware value at roughly $77 million based on a $600,000 per-unit midpoint and said market prices can range from $472,000 to $720,000 depending on customization.
- AZIO described the purchase framework as the next phase of a commercial relationship that began with a July 9 hosting agreement between the two firms.
- The company stressed the deal is conditional and warned that final purchases, pricing, delivery timing and revenue recognition depend on future purchase orders, customization, supply chain constraints and capital availability.
- The HGX B300 is marketed as next-generation enterprise GPU infrastructure and AZIO says the arrangement is meant to help close enterprise compute shortfalls, a move that would increase local power and site demands if fully executed.
