Overview
- On Wednesday, July 29, the makers released a gritty motion poster of Emraan Hashmi as Shivam Pandit and a short audio preview of the returning song 'Tera Mera Rishta'.
- The new version of the song was written by original lyricist Sayeed Quadri, composed by Mithoon, and is previewed sung by Subodhh Sharma, who has recorded multiple tracks for the film.
- Vishesh Films and producers framed the revived track as a narrative link to the 2007 Awarapan, positioning music as a core element of the sequel's identity.
- The team released only a teaser and has not given a date for the full song; the film is scheduled to open in cinemas worldwide on August 14, 2026.
- Fans responded with strong nostalgia to the teaser, and the studio’s staged rollouts suggest the next promotional steps to watch are the full soundtrack releases and further character promos.
