Avore Launches EX Series Electric Motorcycles in India

The Gujarat startup is selling three variants with onboard fast charging, claimed 160–260 km ranges, five-year battery warranty.

Overview

  • Avore publicly unveiled the EX1, EX2 and EX2S and opened pre-bookings for a Rs 799 token, a launch announced on July 28, 2026 and reported across multiple outlets.
  • The company set ex-showroom prices at about Rs 1.23–1.25 lakh for the EX1, Rs 1.46 lakh for the EX2 and Rs 1.70 lakh for the EX2S.
  • Avore provided variant specs: the EX1 uses a 3.24 kWh battery with a claimed 160 km IDC range, the EX2 a 5 kWh pack with 255 km claimed range and the EX2S a 5 kWh pack with 260 km claimed range and higher top speed.
  • Avore says the EX2 and EX2S carry a 1,500W onboard charger that can charge 20%–80% in about two hours on a regular household socket and that the motorcycles were developed in-house and tested for over 100,000 km.
  • Key details remain unconfirmed by independent tests or company publication, including delivery timelines, kerb weight, full suspension specs and real-world charging and range performance, which will determine how the EX Series stacks up against rivals like Revolt, Oben and Tork.
