Austin Police Seek White Nissan Sentra and Masked Suspects in East Austin Drive-By Investigation

Overview

• Police say a drive-by on April 2 at 10:48 p.m. on the 5300 block of King Henry Drive left several homes hit by gunfire and no injuries reported.
• Witnesses reported a white sedan that passed a group outside a home, returned moments later, and opened fire on them.
• Detectives believe the car was a white 2019 Nissan Sentra with up to five occupants, including at least two shooters described as Black men wearing ski masks.
• Investigators say the attack may be connected to a homicide about two hours later on the 10900 block of Brazoria Lane, where Joshua Williams was found shot and pronounced dead.
