- Investigators say the man pulled the woman by the hair and kicked her in the head as friends tried to hold him back.
- Police describe the suspect as a heavyset Hispanic man in his early 20s with a short haircut, last seen in a black T-shirt with “MF” in sequins and tattoos on his right arm and the outside of his left hand.
