- Investigative outlet La Pista Clave published audio of Alejandro Aguinaga telling an EsSalud Lambayeque manager "don't remove her" regarding official Mayder Vera.
- An internal note dated October 20 proposed ending Vera's services and naming Eva Janeth Delgado Soto to lead the Office of Investigation and Teaching.
- EsSalud Lambayeque’s Gerencia General later issued Resolution No. 456 (GG-ESSALUD-2026) in February assigning Vera as jefe de Oficina I, nivel Ejecutivo 5.
