- Under the proposal, 35 of the chain’s 152 locations would transfer to Formula One Autocentres and 14 to S&M Tyres trading as Elite Garages.
- Elite Garages says it plans to take over the 14 sites by 18 April, a move it expects will preserve about 60 roles.
- ATS Euromaster expects roughly 216 employees across the 49 transferring sites to move under TUPE protections.
- The company also proposes transferring 13 mobile night technicians to Tructyre, part of the Euromaster Group.
- Sites marked for closure would continue trading during the consultation period, with a proposed final trading date of 1 May if plans are approved.
