Arrest Made in Guthrie Shooting That Killed Evan Hall, Injured Another
State police are seeking public tips in an open homicide case.

- Troopers responded around 9:20 a.m. CT on March 8 to Springmont Circle after reports of a man lying in the roadway with apparent gunshot wounds.
- Evan Hall, 24, of Guthrie, was pronounced dead at the scene, and a second victim was found injured and has not been publicly identified.
- Investigators identified and arrested 24-year-old Jerell Edmonds on charges of murder, fourth-degree assault, and possession of marijuana.
- Edmonds was transported to and is being held at the Todd County Jail.
