- Telefe will relaunch its afternoon grid on Monday, August 3, bringing back Historias del corazón with Virginia Lago and scheduling the telenovela Avenida Brasil at 16:45.
- The channel will add a Gran Hermano block on DirecTV Go that runs into the evening and will return PH, Podemos hablar, in a nighttime slot on Saturday, August 8, replacing the Saturday airing of La noche de los ex.
- Popstars is planned for late August on Telefe with Nicolás (Nico) Vázquez as host after his move from El Trece, and the format is reported to also be available on Disney+.
- El Trece will close the current Es mi sueño this month with a Teatro Ópera final and is preparing a celebrity second season that is expected to keep the current jury while naming standby replacements.
- Elnueve will expand its morning block from Monday, August 3, and will debut Alerta planeta as a weekday midnight show, while América and Televisión Pública have not announced changes for August.
