- The Ministry of Capital Humano, through the Federal Education Council, published the 2026 school calendar with a two‑week winter recess staggered across July to meet the 190‑day instruction target.
- Córdoba, Entre Ríos, Mendoza, San Juan, San Luis and Santa Fe will break from Monday July 6 to Friday July 17.
- Catamarca, Corrientes, Chubut, Formosa, Jujuy, La Pampa, La Rioja, Misiones, Neuquén, Río Negro, Salta, Santa Cruz, Tierra del Fuego and Tucumán will break from Monday July 13 to Friday July 24.
- Buenos Aires Province, the City of Buenos Aires, Chaco and Santiago del Estero will break from Monday July 20 to Friday July 31.
- Classes resume Monday July 20 for the first group, Monday July 27 for the second group, and Monday August 3 for Buenos Aires and the City of Buenos Aires.
