Overview
- The agreement was signed by CIARA, CIAVEC and CARBIO with unions FTCIODyARA and SOEA at the close of a mandatory conciliation after lengthy talks at the national Secretariat of Labour.
- Minimum pay steps were fixed at ARS 2,075,186 for November 2025 and ARS 2,100,000 for December, rising to ARS 2,344,000 from January 1, 2026.
- Workers will receive a non-remunerative extraordinary payment of ARS 1,886,748.60, to be paid across January and February 2026.
- A retroactive ARS 400,000 for September and October 2025 will be paid before November 15, 2025.
- For 2026, total increases of 13.8% will be applied in stages with a midyear review linked to INDEC inflation, which employers said will ensure “paz social” through the rest of 2025.
