Argentina Brings Some March Pension Dates Forward as ANSES Confirms 2.88% Rise; Mexico Starts Bienestar Payouts Through March 26

Officials set staggered ID- and surname-based calendars to manage high-volume deposits across the month.

Overview

  • Argentina’s ANSES applied a 2.88% March mobility update and the government formalized a $70,000 extraordinary bonus for this month under decree 109/2026.
  • With the update, the minimum pension is $369,600.88 and totals $439,600.88 for minimum pensioners once the March bonus is included.
  • March payments for pensions at or below the minimum in Argentina run by DNI from March 9 to 20, while higher-income beneficiaries begin later, with DNI 0–1 now set for March 20 due to the March 23 non-working day and the March 24 holiday.
  • ANSES also adjusted family and child benefits under the 2.88% increase, and beneficiaries can verify exact dates and liquidations through Mi ANSES.
  • Mexico’s Secretaría del Bienestar is disbursing March–April support to 18.8 million people from March 2 to 26 in a letter-by-letter sequence, with deposits to Banco del Bienestar cards and a reported social investment of 104,695 million pesos.
