Argentina Arrests Three Men in Child Sex-Abuse Cases in Misiones, Chaco and Buenos Aires

  • The Chaco case stems from a May 13, 2020 complaint alleging assaults in Baradero between December 2019 and March 2020, and it is preliminarily labeled aggravated sexual abuse under the San Nicolás court’s oversight.
  • In the southern Buenos Aires conurbation, a 45-year-old man was arrested on accusations of abusing his stepdaughter, with SubDDI and DDI units acting under Unidad Funcional Nº 12 and the case filed as aggravated sexual abuse by relationship.
