Overview
- Energy authorities published Dispositions 1/2026 and 2/2026 and opened the ReSEF portal, replacing the previous RASE for electricity, gas and LPG subsidies.
- Eligibility hinges on total household net income at or below three Canastas Básicas Totales, with limited social exceptions including CUD, ReNaBaP certification or a veterans’ pension.
- Households are excluded if any member has a car three years old or newer, three or more properties, luxury boats, aircraft or societarian assets, with removals triggered when such indicators are found.
- Existing RASE data was migrated; users submit a sworn digital form online or seek in‑person help at ANSES as the state verifies information via ANSES, SINTyS and ARCA with georeferencing tools.
- Resolution 13/26 sets summer electricity blocks at 550 kWh in very warm zones, 370 kWh in warm zones and 300 kWh elsewhere, and tighter targeting is expected to lift bills for ineligible middle‑income households and limit access for some SMEs.
