Apple Prepares Car Key Support for Lexus

Toyota told Carscoops in February that the 2026 Lexus ES will be the first model with enhanced digital-key features on a new infotainment system.

Apple Car Key stores a key in the Wallet on iPhone or Apple Watch, uses NFC to unlock, offers Express Mode, and can work for about five hours after the device battery dies.
