- Police say Ocean Township officers arrested Barba after an Aug. 10 incident at the Seaview Square Target where she allegedly concealed less than $200 in merchandise and left the store with the items.
- Officers reported finding the allegedly stolen items in a bag as Barba exited the store from a fitting room and restroom area.
