Overview
- A SpaceX–Anthropic agreement announced Wednesday gives the Claude maker access to the Colossus 1 supercomputer for rapid capacity expansion and includes discussions on building space-based compute.

- Anthropic says Q1 usage grew at an 80-fold annualized rate, creating shortages that it aims to bridge with SpaceX now and with larger AWS, Google/Broadcom, Microsoft and Fluidstack build-outs starting in late 2026.
