- Claude for Small Business, unveiled Tuesday, puts the AI inside tools like QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 to handle routine work with owner approval before anything sends or posts.
- The package runs through Claude Cowork using a simple toggle and ships with 15 ready to run workflows and 15 skills for tasks such as payroll planning, reconciling books, chasing invoices, meeting notes and campaign setup.
- Anthropic says the new small business features are available now without an added product fee beyond Claude usage and existing partner tool costs.
- To drive adoption, the company is running a 10 city U.S. training tour starting in Chicago and partnering with PayPal on a free online course called AI Fluency for Small Business.
- The rollout tracks with Anthropic’s broader vertical push, including a Legal offering that connects Claude to 20 legal platforms with 12 practice area plug ins so the AI can work inside research, document and case tools.
