Overview
- Officers responding around 3:30 p.m. Sunday to Terry Road and Paradise Lane found a man shot inside a car who was pronounced dead at the scene.
- Police later identified the victim as 45-year-old Yhantzee Taylor.
- LMPD’s Homicide Unit announced Monday the arrest of Anthony Williams, 53, who is charged with murder and tampering with physical evidence.
- Investigators determined the shooting took place on the 6300 block of Player Drive, one street over from where Taylor was discovered.
- Police say the investigation remains open and ask anyone with information to call the anonymous tip line at 502-573-LMPD.
