ANSES Restarts February Payments and Shifts to Proportional Bonus on Feb. 23; Peru’s ONP Begins Home Deliveries With S/100 Raise

Benefits reflect a 2.85% mobility update and an automatic bonus that scales up to a $429,254.35 cap, with a further 2.9% increase confirmed for March.

Overview

  • After the Carnaval pause, ANSES resumes the February calendar on Wednesday for retirees with DNI ending in 5, continuing payouts for minimum-haber beneficiaries.
  • February includes a $70,000 extraordinary bonus paid in full to minimum pensioners, a proportional top-up for those above the minimum and below $429,254.35, and no bonus for incomes at or above that cap.
  • From Feb. 23, ANSES begins the second stage: proportional bonuses are calculated and credited for retirees whose haberes exceed the minimum but remain under the monthly limit, following the DNI schedule.
  • ANSES and INDEC data confirm a 2.9% mobility increase for March that will be applied over February haberes, with PUAM and PNC updated under the same rule and the $70,000 bonus expected to continue pending monthly confirmation.
  • In Peru, the ONP started domiciliary pension deliveries on Feb. 12 and is applying an increase of up to S/100 for more than 237,000 pensioners under Decreto Ley N.° 19990, with scheduled routes in Lima and Callao.
