Anna-Maria Ferchichi Reveals Depth of Bushido Split and Defends Hiring Housekeepers

Her Instagram posts highlight how a large public family tries to protect its private life while keeping daily support in place.

Overview

  • Ferchichi, in an Instagram Q&A on Wednesday, said she kept a calm face during the breakup yet wrote she had "never been so sad" in her life.
  • She said the hardest part was the fear of losing the family as a unit, not being alone, and she described a long-held picture of their children visiting "Grandma and Grandpa" one day.
  • Bushido said on the couple’s podcast that he struggled to sleep during the separation and sometimes cried in a bathroom so the children would not see.
  • After announcing two new housekeepers, Ferchichi faced online criticism and replied that a 1,000 m² home, a 4,000 m² lot, eight children, pets, and work make outside help necessary.
  • The couple announced a split in late 2025, lived apart for a time, then reunited and moved from Dubai to Grünwald near Munich, where they are raising their eight children.
