- ANMAT, which published Disposición 1860/2026 on Friday, barred the sale, distribution, advertising and online listings of several children’s cosmetics across Argentina.
- The order names lip balms, lip glosses and an eyeshadow palette from POLA AYIR, MAGIC YOUR LIFE, RPK and FAVOR BEAUTY, including Stitch and Hello Kitty items.
- The agency classified the products as illegitimate because they carry no sanitary registration and entered outside legal import channels, so their origin and ingredients cannot be verified.
- The measure requires online marketplaces to remove listings and it urges provincial and Buenos Aires City health authorities to step up checks in shops.
- ANMAT asked consumers to stop using the flagged items and to buy only products that show sanitary registration on the label, extending a recent crackdown that last month pulled an unregistered OFF! repellent.
