Overview
- Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu told the Assembly the state will provide housing to all eligible poor families by 2029, with 10.63 lakh homes targeted for completion this year.
- Free house sites will be allotted to 2.2 lakh families at two cents in urban areas and three cents in rural areas, with apartments to be built where plots are unavailable.
- The government plans mass housewarming drives, aiming for three lakh ceremonies by Ugadi and a total of 10 lakh during 2026 under welfare housing.

- Irrigation Minister N. Rama Naidu said water supply through the Polavaram left main canal will reach Anakapalli by June 2026, with ₹600 crore set aside in FY27 for the Sujala Sravanti project in North Andhra.
