  • Amaravati, a greenfield capital built on pooled farmland, received allocations including Rs 2,540 crore for Secretariat and HoD towers, Rs 1,208 crore for Quantum Valley twin towers, Rs 798 crore for legislature works, and Rs 443.26 crore for Krishna river flood protection.
  • The new Andhra Bhavan will be built within the existing Ashoka Road campus at an estimated Rs 124–124.5 crore, with NBCC entrusted to design and execute a building that showcases Andhra Pradesh’s culture.
  • Fiscal measures included a government guarantee for AP Markfed to raise a Rs 1,800 crore working-capital loan for paddy procurement with transfer to the Civil Supplies Corporation, and a Rs 354.23 crore cost escalation for Ramayapatnam port to address dredge disposal and soil changes.
