- Airport directors said on Saturday and Sunday that Vijayawada International Airport’s annual revenue rose from ₹5.98 crore in 2014–15 to ₹87.97 crore in 2025–26 and that passenger traffic climbed roughly 504% to 1,411,325 in the same period.
- Visakhapatnam Airport reported passenger growth of about 170% from 10.98 lakh in 2014–15 to 29.68 lakh in 2025–26 and a rise in aircraft movements from 11,306 to 21,799 over the period.
