Alpine Sends Lotus F1 Car for Colapinto’s Buenos Aires Street Run on April 26

The show will return a Formula 1 car to Palermo’s avenues after more than a decade.

  • Alpine has shipped a re-liveried 2012 Lotus E20 from its Enstone base for Franco Colapinto’s Palermo exhibition on April 26.
  • The city course stretches for more than two kilometers along Avenidas del Libertador and Sarmiento, with multiple runs slated across a six-hour program.
  • About 15,000 tickets are on sale with hospitality options, and the event will air exclusively on ESPN and Disney+ Premium.
  • Alpine will deploy a dedicated Race Support Team of more than ten people, including nine specialists focused on the car’s engine, start-up and track operations.
  • Colapinto is training in Barcelona during the April F1 break and will resume the season at the Miami Grand Prix from May 1–3.
