Overview
- Clama GmbH & Co. KG recalled All Seasons “TK 8 Kräuter” frozen herb mix (75 g) after Salmonella spp. was detected in laboratory testing.
- The recall covers lot 121 01 5155 with best-before date 04.06.2027, sold across Germany through Aldi Nord, Aldi Süd, and the chains’ joint online shop; other lots are not affected.
- Shoppers should not consume the product and may return it to any Aldi store for a full refund without a receipt.

- Because herbs are often used uncooked, infection risk is higher, and only thorough heating to a core temperature above about 70°C reliably inactivates Salmonella; North Rhine-Westphalia authorities published the notice on 04.12.2025.
