- Aldi lowers numerous Barissimo items by up to €1.50, including Espresso Tradizione 1,000 g now €9.99 at Aldi Süd, with smaller cuts on 500 g packs and pads.
- Norma trims prices by up to about 9% on its Rösta and Caffeciao ranges, including 1 kg Caffeciao packs now €11.99 and multiple 500 g Rösta lines €0.50–€0.60 cheaper.
- Both retailers attribute the move to lower raw-material prices; Aldi says this continues its tenth reduction round this year as competition among discounters tightens.
