Overview
- British Airways extended cancellations to Dubai, Amman, Bahrain and Tel Aviv through May 31, paused Doha to April 30 and kept Abu Dhabi off the schedule until later in the year.
- Cathay Pacific halted Dubai services through April 30, while European carriers including Lufthansa, KLM and Air France set suspensions or cuts that mostly run into late March or early April.
- Operations at key hubs remain constrained after a March 16 drone strike near Dubai International triggered a temporary shutdown, with flights now funneled through limited corridors.
- Gulf carriers continue pared-back flying: Emirates is running a reduced timetable with rebooking and refunds for tickets through April 15, and Etihad lists a limited network from Abu Dhabi.
- Qatar Airways is operating a small, corridor-limited schedule March 18–28, with the Indian Embassy reporting about 1,600 Indians returned on five flights, while India’s Air India and Air India Express plan 48 services on March 19 and IndiGo resumed Dubai flights from 4 pm on March 18.
