  • The Airbus A330-343 reversed course over central Queensland, descended from about 34,000 feet to roughly 10,000 feet, and landed in Brisbane.
  • Brisbane Airport said the aircraft made a normal, safe landing and passengers disembarked without incident.
  • AirAsia said all 142 passengers and 11 crew were accommodated in hotels and given food vouchers as travel arrangements are made.
