- LATAM resumes the Bogotá–Caracas route on February 23 with four weekly frequencies, positioning Bogotá as a hub to reconnect Caracas with extensive regional and long-haul networks.
- Plus Ultra returns on March 3 with twice-weekly Madrid–Caracas flights and plans to add a third weekly Madrid service and a Tenerife–Caracas flight from late March.

- Other carriers are back or have dates set, including Wingo (resumed January 16), Avianca (daily from February 12), and planned returns by TAP, Turkish Airlines and GOL, while Iberia targets early April pending full security guarantees.
