- Federal agencies said they had arranged economic benefits for passengers through cost reductions for airport transport operators, a claim published in government statements earlier this week.
- Authorized concessionaires Nueva Imagen, Porto Taxi and Sitio 300 publicly denied any agreement to cut fares and have demanded the AICM publish minutes or agreements proving their legal representatives took part in any such deal.
- Reporting and company statements on June 22–23 show taxi fares remain unchanged and the operators say the sums cited by authorities represent administrative rectifications, corrections of improper charges and temporary compensations for construction impacts rather than subsidies for riders.
- The companies also criticized the focus on land-transport providers and urged that any passenger-cost plan include airlines, restaurants, parking and other airport commercial operators to be fair and effective.
- Separately, PAN deputy Olivia Garza filed a proposal to create regulated pick-up and drop-off zones for ride-hailing apps inside the AICM, which has been referred to a congressional commission for technical and legal study as airport demand rises during the World Cup.
