The New Capital complex will serve as the bank’s global headquarters, doubling as a hub for continental trade services.

Overview

  • The development sits in the Diplomatic District on a 48,888-square-metre site with two basements and six floors, totaling 156,147 square metres of built area and 57,298 square metres of office space.
  • Afreximbank projects a 36‑month construction schedule from the 14 December groundbreaking, targeting completion in early 2029.
